The Eagles Foundation was formed to support the student activities and programs at Excelsior Education Center including support of the student-run businesses. In order to accomplish this purpose, the corporation will pursue funding for adequate facilities for Excelsior.

Smaller, more personal learning environments will promote the ability to deliver a unique educational program designed for students, so they can realize that learning happens everywhere and continues in your career choice and throughout your life.

The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and section 214 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code. The Excelsior Eagles Foundation is a non-profit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.
