Lindsey Lee

Director of educational services

Lindsey Lee has worked at Excelsior since 2010. She currently serves as the Director of Educational Services, where she leads initiatives focused on student success, teacher success, professional development, innovation, and leadership development. With extensive experience in teaching and leading, Lindsey collaborates with educators, administrators, students, and parents to strengthen teaching practices and build strong school leadership. Lindsey is dedicated to creating equitable, high-quality learning environments and empowering educators through ongoing professional growth and development.

Stephanie Judd

Curriculum Coordinator

Stephanie Judd serves as the Curriculum Coordinator for Excelsior Charter Schools, where she leads the development and implementation of curriculum, programs, and assessments across the district. With a background in teaching Junior High History, English, and Physical Education for Excelsior since 2015, Stephanie brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. She collaborates closely with teachers, administrators, and instructional teams to support student achievement and instructional excellence. Stephanie is passionate about using data to inform decision-making and is committed to creating student-centered, high-quality learning experiences that empower both students and educators.

We are pleased to provide you excellent services in the areas of:

  • Coordinate stakeholder input and maintain the integrity of the curriculum to ensure alignment with California State Standards/Common Core Standards and outcomes

  • Develop and Implement formative and summative assessment tools to monitor student progress
  • Implementation and support for intervention programs across mathematics, reading and writing for identified students based on local and state assessments
  • Provide direct support to sites to facilitate effective implementation of curriculum, assessments, and instructional programs
  • Support the design and delivery of professional development that ensures fidelity of curriculum implementation across all sites
  • Refine instructional programs to include resources that meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with disabilities, those who are highly able, English language learners, and students who are at risk of underachievement because of poverty
  • Maintain formal links with all central offices and departments to ensure consistent delivery of curriculum and instructional materials
  • Facilitate communication with employee organizations, parents, community groups, and institutions of higher education regarding curriculum, instruction, and assessment
