Jamie Lowe
Assistant superintendent of student services
Jamie Lowe currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services for Excelsior Charter Schools, a role she assumed in 2021. With over two decades of dedicated service to the organization, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to student success. Since joining Excelsior Charter Schools 25 years ago, she has held a variety of leadership roles including Academy Chair, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services. Prior to joining leadership, Jamie served as an Independent study teacher and junior high instructor for language arts and history.
Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and a master's degree in psychology, equipping her with both a broad educational foundation and a deep understanding of student development and well-being. As the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, Jamie is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, equitable, and empowering educational environment where every student has the resources and opportunities needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Camren Jones
Director of student services
Camren Jones brings nearly two decades of educational leadership experience to her role as Director of Student Services at Excelsior Charter Schools. A dedicated educator and strategic leader, Camren began her career as a first-grade teacher before joining Excelsior in 2009. Over the years, she has served as a facilitator, principal, and area director, playing a key role in expanding programs, growing enrollment, and supporting student success through systems such as PBIS and MTSS.
As Director of Student Services, Camren oversees the development and implementation of student-centered programs that support academic achievement, wellness, and equity across all campuses. She is the co-creator and facilitator of Excelsior’s Leadership Pipeline program, which cultivates leadership development and succession planning within the organization. Her leadership ensures that student supports are data-driven, aligned to strategic goals, and rooted in strong collaboration among staff, families, and community partners.
Camren holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, a Clear Administrative Credential, and is a certified facilitator for both Speed of Trust and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) through The Myers-Briggs Company. She remains committed to fostering a culture of excellence, equity, and student empowerment throughout the Excelsior community.

The office of Student Services supports the efforts of school campuses to provide safe and supportive learning environments for all students and staff. The Assistant Superintendent of Student Services plans, organizes, administers and provides leadership for these programs and resources. Specific programming and resources within Student Services includes, but is not limited to:
