Excelsior Charter Schools is proud to partner with the CalKIDS (California Kids Investment and Development Savings) Program—a statewide initiative providing free scholarship funds to support college or career training.

Many California public school students may already have $500–$1,500 in scholarship funds waiting for them—but families must take a few quick steps online to claim their account.

What can the funds be used for?

How to claim your scholarship:

1. Visit www.calkids.org

2. Click “Claim Your Scholarship”

3. Enter the student’s State Student ID (SSID), date of birth, and county of enrollment for the 2021–2022 school year
